As for me, the location was convenient and unbeatable, next to Lackland AFB, the area restaurants and shopping, zoo. All members of the staff was welcoming and incredible. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and available with a kitchen and extra bedroom, as for instance.

The area was quiet and secure. Close to Lackland and convenient to local shopping. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone desiring a great value coupled with convenience.
Only thing negative was the sound proofing of the upper and lower suites was somewhat lacking. Noise from above did wake us each night.

I loved how close it was to Lackland AFB and it was really a great hotel for the money. The room was really well maintained and cleaned.
The pink color is just out of control. It really makes the place look older & ickier than it is. It is truly a wonderful place to stay, but all the pink can be a total turnoff.

For our time spent there during our sons BMT Graduation, the room was cool (outside was Texas Hot) the water was hot-shower never ran out of hot water. The beds are comfy.

The room was big and comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in a hotel room. No trouble at Pinn , The bed and pillows where very nice. The staff was very helpful in telling us the best places to eat and how to get places.
The towels could have been alittle softer but still not bad
